The Sangria recipe we use here is exclusive to the
restaurant, but we can give you some ideas:
Start with a California Burgundy, add several fruit juices
(try different ones to see what is your favorite, i.e. orange,
pineapple, grape, apple, etc...), melt some sugar in hot water,
and combine everything. Some recipes also use brandy and spices
like nutmeg or cinnamon. The wine should be dominant, and
the other ingredients in the background for enhancement. Don't
forget to add fresh fruit slices! Good luck and Enjoy!!
